What is Temple Fitness Boot Camps?
Temple Fitness Boot Camp is a group fitness class for women only. Our camps include top notch fitness instruction, designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.
How much does it cost?
Each four week 12 session boot camp costs $170.00( We do offer many specials on our boot camp classes that go as high as 50% off) Subscribe to our newsletter to qualify for our sales & discount offers. Click Here
How do I pay for boot camp?
You can register and pay here on this website by going to the
class schedule page and using our secure pay pal feature. You can also pay by cash. All payments must be made in full before the first day of camp no exceptions! Please call if you have any questions regarding payment 718-496-9034.
How often do we meet for camp?
Each camp runs exactly 4 weeks, and meets 3x a week. Each class is also 45 minutes long.
Where is boot camp held?
During the winter months, our boot camp classes are held indoors in our personal training studio in the Throgs neck section of the Bronx. During the summer months, we train outdoors in a local park in the same Throgs Neck area. The name of the park is Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park.
What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to lose inches, drop pounds and some dress sizes while becoming more fit and toned. One of the best achievements you can attain is how good you will feel about yourself when you participate in boot camp.
What do I need to bring?
Each lady is required to bring an exercise mat, bottled water and a hand towel to each outdoor class. For our indoor classes we provide everything, towels, water and mats. Each lady is also required to bring a positive attitude to camp and a will to succeed.
What is a typical day at camp like?
Camp is tough but always fun! Each workout is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time. Our classes incorporate proven and effective training methods. We use many different modalities of training and are not limited to any one form of training. We incorporate some great circuit training workouts, interval training, flexibility training, core training, obstacle courses, team training drills and much more! Class is always fun, challenging and results based!
What if I'm not physically fit?
No camper will ever be asked to do something they are not physically capable of doing. Each exercise we teach has three options for the camper to chose from, beginner, intermediate and advanced options. Just do what you can and always look to improve your personal best. It's all about you and your own personal improvement.
Will I be sore?
Yes you will be sore, especially in the very beginning. But after a couple of weeks your body will begin to adapt to the workouts and will thank you for it. It really is part of the process that lets you know your are improving.
Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
No, each person must register and pay the full amount up front, with the intention of participating in the entire four week camp.
Can I make up any missed classes?
We do not offer the opportunity to make any missed classes. The responsibility is on each individual to make as many classes as they can within the boot camp cycle.
Does camp ever end?
Our program is an ongoing one, after all fitness is a lifestyle and not a four week quick fix. You are welcomed to join and participate in as many boot camps as you wish.
