Ladies Kickboxing Boot Camp Class!
If you are tired of crowded impersonal gyms and are looking for a different way to get fit, then look no further we are the place for you! We are the only ladies only fitness boot camp class in the Bronx that offers both indoor and outdoor classes. Our boot camps are indoors during the winter months and outdoors at a local park with a great exercise view during the summer months.
