John Gonzalez is the founder of Temple Fitness Personal Training. He has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer/fitness coach. He has an athletic background in basketball and baseball both as a player as well as a coach. While he remains active in both sports, these days he also studies mixed martial arts at a mixed martial academy in NYC.
After years of working in traditional health clubs as a trainer he wanted to create an environment where clients can enjoy their 1on1 and small group training session with their trainer in a private setting. This would be a place without the crowds and distractions that you see in traditional gyms and health clubs.
This is when John decided to go out on his own and start Temple Fitness Personal Training. Here the focus would be on providing private training sessions to clients in an environment that would be an alternative to crowded impersonal gyms. Ever since John has been dedicated to exceeding his clients expectations with results base cutting edge workouts and great customer service! John loves helping all of his clients reach their full fitness potential by living a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Throughout the years he has acquired several nationally recognized fitness certifications and continues to educate myself on the latest and most effective exercise techniques to better assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
