"Bootcamp was an amazing experience for me. Not only was I able to work out but the enviroment wth our group being all female was really an extra push. Physically, I feel more active, I have more energy and I have come to see that working out can be fun and effecive. I earned a great improvement in my self image. I have worked out on my persnal time in the past, but the camp really helped me stay focused because often I get lazy with working out. The support of a trainer and a group is something I would recommend to anyone in the future who is serious about weight loss. John is the best ! simply stated.
