After years of working in traditional health clubs as a trainer he wanted to create an environment where clients could enjoy their 1 on 1 , semi-private and small group training sessions with their trainer in a private setting. This would be a place without the crowds and distractions that you see in traditional gyms and health clubs offering clients private one on one training as well as small group training sessions.

Noreen Torres is a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) She was born and raised in the Bronx, played high school softball and basketball along with bar league and PAL softball. As a teenager Noreen competed in handball tournaments at Yankee Stadium coming in first place in singles for her age group.
Today she is in the Medical field and knows the importance of health and fitness. Noreen felt compelled to help others try to obtain a certain level of fitness whether beginners or those just struggling to maintain an active lifestyle.
Noreen completed in her first Spartan Race in 2013 and 2nd this past April. At 56yrs of age Noreen defies the odds and serves as both as an inspiration as well as a motivator to all of her clients. When not training for Spartan Races she participate in as many 5k & 10k races as possible. One of Noreen's saying is, "one must step out of their comfort zone and overcome obstacles to move forward".

Shirlee Simon was born in Youngstown, Ohio where she began dancing at the age of three. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is trained in all styles of dance with a concentration in Ballet, Jazz, and Modern. In 2008, Shirlee moved to New York City where she pursued teaching, choreographing, and performing. After settling down from auditioning and performing, Shirlee decided to take her love and knowledge of movement and the body to a new level. She became an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer.
Shirlee is driven by her passion for dance, movement, fitness, health, and energy. Her desire to be as functional, powerful, and well-rounded as possible led to Shirlee's training style, which incorporates everything from strength, power, flexibility, plyometrics,body weight exercises and even dance inspired movements. She is dedicated to providing individualized, goal driven programs and looks forward to helping clients become happy and healthy inside and out.
